The other day someone followed me without reading my writing( yes, I see this a lot).
But for some reason I decided to check out their Medium catalogue.

I landed on a piece with a title indicating that since they finally found Medium( a week ago) they and all their newly joined friends were down to “make money” fast.
Sigh.

I wrote what I thought was a useful comment to their piece, trying to say welcome and to put things in perspective for them.
The response: crickets.

I am not giving up hope, though. Nor are you. Again a reason your article is so timely.
