Why is the concept of feminism so hard for people to understand? Feminism is equal opportunities for both genders. Feminism is the same standards for both genders. Feminism is the absence of entitlement based on the sex of an individual.

Totally agree. And I believe that most women agree with this description.

In all issues related to life there are always some outliers. I won’t argue that one.

But this belief… that feminism is anything other than ZyAnn’s perfect description (in italics above) is …I think, another way to silence women and alienate them from each other. As in” Nope, I am not a feminist”.

Let’s just be real and make the equality and respect happen. The time is now.
