What a poem. Just wow. This, THIS is brilliant work.

In the darkest of times and the wretched of ages
when great fear exponentiate into the greater pains, 
when common sense is scarce, common decency rare
it is then the image of hope that must be held dear. 
Only illogical hope can match the illogical violence,
can give us strength in the face of senseless…
In the End There Is Only Hope
