What a lovely garden and bounty! I do not garden but enthusiastically support local farmers markets.
Love your potato and veggie mash. With cooled leftovers I want to fashion some veggie cakes and keep in fridge overnight. Brown both side in a fry pan for dinner on night #2 and serve with a sunny side egg or poached egg on top. Or instead of egg, smoked salmon and a little hollandaise?
