Well, there you have it, Thief. My version of sticking my head in the sand very well might be writing in my lobstersandwich/Saucy Smith voice about cooking. Just cooking, baking, eating, and dinner partying, nothing else.

I am giving it serious thought as I try and make a writing comeback after my year of “ka-ka in the family”.

In some ways it will be me doing what a huge chunk of the market wants…yummy food info. Well…at least until everyone in the world starts taking Ozempic and nobody even thinks about food anymore much less eats it!

LOL. See, I cannot help myself. In one breath I say all I’m a-gonna do is write about food and then I get all political and opinionated-like about the future of food/medicine and hey climate change as it applies too.

Hmmm. Dilemma. Maybe I will feature a mixture of a bunch of stuff: food, rants, fiction,and a bit of poetry. I dunno tho. Like Nathan Lane in The Birdcage studying his brightly multicolored socks: “ Too much?” he innocently asks.
