Well, I chose that line to excerpt but easily, I could have chosen 10 more. ( more than 20, they are all SO good)

What a poem, my friend. At a time when something… something has to get through to MUCH greater than 50% of the population that all is not ok. And it’s about to get worse if scientific and educated thinking are continually dissed. Or if ostrich heads remain in the sand singing “ Don’t Worry, Be Happy”

Because I , like many, am so concerned with all that is about us these days and this year, the “ golden” reference at the beginning of your poem was all I needed to take every line as a warning if indeed, the “golden” one( orange?) succeeds.

Yes I know your exquisitely crafted lines can mean so much more: present, past and future. Yet for me, well I already told you what I saw.
