Susan. Hey. Yes indeedy girl. This is one heck of a good article.

Messy or tidy, whatever works. ‘Cause is all about the zen of planning, purchasing( and or growing),preparing and eating home cooked food. Cooking and baking as an art form. Good( great) food prepared for friends, family and self as an act of love. Nurturing.

Home as the best restaurant in the city.

Oh, Susan. I am so glad I found you on Medium. I like the way you write and think. Plus anyone who grooves saying “ mise en place” over and over is alrighty fine in my books.

And then you have our names. Susan and my frenchie version: Suzanne. It’s a sign, ya know.
