Susan! Girl. What an awesome article. Love your style. I even had to keep reminding myself that it was the ice cream you were describing…Excellent use of words and imagery.

So..moving along to an ice cream question. Do you sometimes make your own? I ask because I love..LOVE…white chocolate .

The only way I can ever get a rich and pure white choc flavour is if I make it myself. And that IS a bit of work for a busy day and laid back evening.

Never have I found a brand at the grocery or specialty store that meets my white chocolatey standards. Plus they keep messing with its purity and add cranberries or some other berry or thing ( no poached eggs though…LOL)😈
