Roz. Hey. Loved this article. Sorry for your trouble but is it ok if I tell you, the more I read through it, the bigger the smile on my face. For at least three reasons:

  1. I remember once sitting on an American Airlines flight composing a scathing twitter message about a rotten experience. Not about boarding passes. Condescending treatment. Ugely (😀) condescending it was. They too apologized before the tweet was launched.
  2. The double check/ triple check thing going forward. No wonder you now do this. It reminded me of my paranoia about losing my life …errrrr… my phone when I’m out and about racing around getting shit done. Better to recheck the pouch in my bag a coupla times rather than pay the omg price.
  3. I gotta ask, was Gene either cute or at least a good quickie conversationalist? Both can always be good for giggles.
