Hi again Rochelle. I just read some of your recent and very excellent posts and wanted to add something related to one of my own projects. Your poem and link to the recipe for kottu roti inspired me.
Soon I hope to write some Medium articles relating to a cooking blog I started sometime ago, paused for a bit, and then decided to revive it. At the time I authored it under a pen name of Saucy Smith. Thought I’d keep it that way as a sort of alter ego🙂. Would love to know what you think of the site.( it is only getting restarted right now, so not a lot there…yet…)
