Personally? I think bacon is a food group but in the interest of an open minded lobstersandwich newsletter, I try and keep my trap shut on the bacon adoration scale. I tell you that is tough biz.
I just saw a recipe in Saveur magazine about bacon caramelized with brown sugar.Too much?
One of my favorite carnivore temples when spending time in Miami is Prime 112. They serve crisp bacon slices in glass tumblers as a bar snack.
