Absolutely, one reads Billy’s missive and next thing you know visions of putting him in a cell somewhere and losing the key might be the only saving solution. But no. You are absolutely correct. There is more here than meets the first read.

The first clue is that this kind of person actually asked for help.

As I mentioned in the convo following his letter, sad to say, I have met far too many clones of Billy/Ralph. No way do I believe most of them were happy with their lives. Yet a kick in the ass and a scolding won’t help.

Patience, insight, digging deep. Stuff like that will have a better chance of success. Oh wow though, tons of work…sigh.
