Well ok, in authoritarian regimes(AR), yes they can force me but last time I checked the US was not an authoritarian regime and in fact the US actively does not support those ARs in other nations.

Um, just saying, this needs to be remembered at voting times. And for further info, a current streaming series called Tehran gives a pretty chilling and shocking picture of an AR .
