First of all I LOVE your writing. Just saying.

Second…you have no idea how much your kind remarks mean to me. I am embarking on….basically…a new life/existence/career following success yet huge pain in a previous sphere. I am the happiest ever, but taking lots of baby steps. The words you have gifted me….well..I recently watched the full Mad Men series again. I fell in like with this expression used often by the Peter character: A thing like that. :-)

One more point. I do try to hang on the sunny side of the street. But lately for many of us, it is a struggle. This pandemic and ALL that goes with it. Politics. Climate change. Now the necessary blow up about the chronic mess of racism (including everything else associated with those who discriminate against: anyone who doesn’t look like me….All that to say, please excuse if for awhile some negativity or pessimism shows up in my posts. It’s temporary and one way to work through stuff.
