Once I soon successfully submit my first article, I can say my fellow Illumination writer :-)

Rather than send you a private msg, is it ok if I confirm my understanding of Illumination’s submission procedure? (You wrote about this in a previous article, I recall.)

A writer (already on Illumination’s approved writer list) publishes the article first AND THEN submits it to Illumination via the path available on Medium, where it will be considered for acceptance by Illumination?

Just want to be certain before I go ahead with my first post for Illumination. Most other pubs only want drafts, so I am just being careful.
