Oh those writing contests. Have I been able to resist? A bit. Only a bit. As a beginning writer I think one needs to touch the hot stove for a few times before getting tired of burnt fingers!

Speaking of contests…My friend, my reading and commenting has taken a backseat to my writing this month. I have published more writing on Vocal but still, 2 big pieces on Medium.

All to say, as I start to catch up on reading and commenting, I see a whole bunch on your page that I am excited to read. I am off to appointments for the rest of the day, but will be in touch over the weekend.
