LOL. Me too. I agree 1000% about our Mom’s mac though.
However…truth be told, my go to recipe has been predominantly the rich three cheese sauce( aged cheddar, gruyere, cream) baked to bubbly goodness after being topped with buttery homemade garlic and parmesan mixed grain bread crumbs.
Oooooh. Now I am tempted to make that tonight. Tough choice. Am also considering a pumpkin/ricotta cheese/kale pasta bake…
