Lauren, what you describe is beyond imagination, it is all so terrible. These neanderthals cannot be voted into power nor voted to remain there.

In a national newspaper article this weekend in a reference about an ectopic pregancy: An idiot politician implied something like: you won't know 100%...100%...that the fetus will die until it actually dies( which in an ectopic pregnancy most likely means the mother dies).

Medical training based on solid science no longer appears relevant. In each and every case these right-wingers want actual visual proof that the fetus isn't viable, mother still alive or not.

If ever one wanted confirmation that this crowd see women as nothing more* than incubators, then we don't have to look very far to see we have it.

* Oh and also, child care givers, maids and playthings. End of story.

There are significant numbers women and men out there not supporting this right-wing frenzy and all it destroys in its path. The key is for all those voices to be heard before it is too late.
