James, my friend, a beautiful poetic rant. True words these are, especially the highlighted line above.

There is more opportunity out there than most realize to build our own versions of what we want. You made the choice, I did, so many more can as well.

Big question, how do we help those who want to see an alternative to working for the person ( my choice of word for “ the man”) but cannot quite get to that mental point yet. I have some thoughts. Happy to discuss anytime.
