I missed out on learning the secret of pie crust making from my amazing partner’s also amazing Mom. He reports as do the rest of her children (another amazing group) that her pies were legendary. (Please excuse the overuse of “amazing” but if the shoe fits…)

Sadly after a good and long life she recently passed away before she could assist me. I am though, bound and determined to get my pie crust making game on.
