I couldn't decide which piece of yours to read first, Cheryll. Then I saw Paris and ...sigh. My favourite city in the world.

I feel like the luckiest person alive to say I have been there more times than I can count. My next plan is to live there for at least half a year.

Your firsts,I relate. All so unexpected until there you are, huh.

My most memorable first was walking in the 7th on a cold windy day in December. I paused to look in a store window( many pauses involved, of course) . A man standing next to me kindly recommended a new arrangement for my scarf. Guaranteed to keep me warmer. My scarf remains tied like that to this day!
