Question. My dream is to buy one of those large jars of anchovies ( big, like it holds 50 or more, 100? Of the little fellas.)
But I have not done this yet because once I open the bottle I am never certain how long I can keep them in my fridge. No answer from google searches either. Your thoughts?
I am fine with small cans or glass jars but I do like the visual of a much bigger jar in my fridge.
