I agree with all you write and more, Gayle. Re above highlight, I will say two things, my voice full of sarcasm:

1. Those poor vulnerable men, totally lacking any self control, impulse management and fraught with weakness. Of course they need rules to keep evil women away from them. Especially if Mommy is no longer around and they cannot run for sympathy and apron string wraparound.
2. Ok you bad, bad, evil girls and women. Keep your mouths shut, don’t report any sexual assault (or worse), unlearn the misogyny word ( miso-wha?), do not demand equality, mirror a Stepford wife. And you know what? Now you can come on a fishing trip with us…whoops. Correction. No you cannot.See reason in number 1. above.
