Hey Kristi. How are you doing?

For me, after work during the day, cooking is a creative outlet. Art. Like writing to some extent.

I certainly have “fun” thinking about cooking, planning it, shopping for it and then the actual creating. I prefer to make things on weekend that allow me to freeze portions for busier weekday evenings. Then I get creative about how I deck-out the leftovers. When it was just me, I’d often invite a friend over to partake in the leftover hack.
