Hey Kat. Another nice one. While I have never met a kale I didn’t like, this one, your one, is also my absolute fav.
Sautéed in a cast iron fry pan with olive oil, garlic and chili.
Second fav: broccoli rabe/rapini. High heat, short time oven roasted. Hand slicked first with olive oil, sea salt, fresh ground pepper.
Third: broiled fresh, halved Brussels sprouts. Same slick of olive oil and s&p.Then tossed afterwards with very aged balsamic vinegar.
