I smiled extra when I saw your post. I am soon about to experiment with making Detroit style pizza. Although they are different pizzas, there are of course some similarities. Once I get started I might have a few observations or the like for you. Will let you know.
Pizza is my guy’s go to food group so he is psyched about the Deee-troit experiment.
Good news announcement. I have finally pressed the go button on my writing ( just this past Monday) Yay!! Hope it doesn’t get in the way of my pizza making plans.
Question. I went to to Lou Malnati website. Looks really good. It says they ship coast to coast. Have you ever ordered a pie via their shipping solution? I am curious how the pizza would arrive and taste. Fresh outa the oven is my go to. Or a quick trip home by car from the local pizzeria.
