Wish me luck on a little test of this mini- mini deep fryer I just bought. I have a lovely little piece of halibut to try out my new machine. Enough for 2 fish sandwiches. With a little homemade tartar sauce on the bun or maybe a bit of chili miso mayo. What do you think?
Now I just have to get some regular buns. While I love brioche ones generally, I agree with you re: fish.
