Hey again John
I just popped my magnesium supplement and thought of our earlier conversation. I am certain this isn’t necessary to say but I will anyways:
Any vitamin or nutritional supplement should only be taken on a doctor’s advice and also must be compatible with any medical conditions present or drugs one currently takes. I take the magnesium because it fits in my health profile parameters as described above.
And of course I am not a doctor nor am I giving advice. I am Just reporting on what I personally have tried for sleep.
Wow, that was a mouthful. 🙄😄
But I did think that I should add it.
