Hello there Jezebel Feast:

Well, first I heard about you from the awesome Sherry McGuinn

So of course, off I go to read your stuff, J.F. And I see, Holy F, you are into cooking and blogs and shit. So Sherry, like now you have two of us in your life that like to groove the pots, pans and muffin tins. Kulio!

And music, JF, I hear you are a play-DJ ( I call myself a play-Chef, among other things)

Writers, well sure, that’s the 3 of us.

JF, I come from a long line of scallop fishers in my family (but all east coast based). I love eating those sort-of-round little saltwater suckers. I also have a freezer full, so I plan to make this mouth watering dish in this post of yours.

Is it ok if I give you the link to my resurrected cooking blog? Resurrected because I started it in 2010ish and then it fell off the rails for a bit. (Good Julia and Julia story for later).

I have kept the old posts in drafts to gradually mix in with new stuff. I just relaunched it a few weeks ago, so bear with me.

I asked is this ok because I know it isn’t cool on Medium to include personal links in a comment. But just this once is ok? I am psyched to read more of your stuff and check out your site.
