Thank you for what you did and how you did it. I agree with another commenter: you are courageous. And the chief engineer…Golden. I also had a stereotypical expectation about him and was pleasantly surprised.

We need more chief Es like that in life. And speaking of courage. Among the many admirable qualities owned by our gender, courage is a list topper.

I am certain that as more and more women ( like you) display these courageous acts, further examples will be set for action. The result: women take additional ( and soon 100%) control of their power as equal human beings, things get fixed and the world gets better.
