Tip: When plating the leftovers, use two bowls. One for your snacking or next day dinner and one for others. Bury one( your bowl) deep in your fridge and that way no one can night-spoon every drop of leftovers :-) Make certain the other bowl is one of the first things visible when the fridge door is opened in those wee morning hours.
