Great info, Dim. And a topic close to my heart. I have alternated among all 3 options and choose my induction, hands down. My favorite brand is Samsung. I cannot give you a decent list of reasons, my gut talking here mostly. I do know that in a recent move, I ended up back with the standard electric glass top. My plan is to change that mistake soon!
