Floyd, this is a very useful and practical piece. Thank you. For many of us on this platform we need to do two things. One: keep writing on Medium ( and elsewhere) and Two: figure out a side gig that also makes the heart sing when the gig is in operation.

You are so right about all the side hustle articles on Medium. Many of them provide similar lists of side gig opportunities. Some people do gravitate to those ideas: affiliate marketing, freelance writing, taking surveys for money, etc.

There are also groups of people looking at these lists of side business ideas and feeling unmoved and unmotivated. At the risk of self promotion here, this is where my business comes in.

I have expertise and experience helping people identify and implement potential full or part time business opportunities that they never considered before. Opportunities directly tied to individual personalities and strengths, and not one size fits all. My Medium bio says it in a couple of lines.
