Exactly, Mia. This is no time to be nice. In fact the nicey-nice thing should have ended a long time ago.

But the messaging (read brainwashing, gaslighting. etc) of women from all four corners has convinced too many of us that "nice" needs to top the list of our characteristics.

The same way the big boy names in tech, finance etc made to they top: all because those guys were "nice".
