Oh Chris. I am so glad I found this piece of yours and read it. It IS reassuring. I know that is what I need to hear right now.

This whole mess of weaponizing hate and violence…( that has been going on for years and now highlighted in these recent senseless deaths)…against anyone who isn’t an old, white, straight, English speaking, rich, rigid, faux Christian, male…has put me in a big funk. It shows up in my writing, particularly in the last week or so, as I try and find some reassurance and peace.
