Breanna, I couldn’t agree more. The last sentence( highlighted above) sums up it all.

I worry what it might take for the world to actually get it and live like this. Which is so unfortunate because what you point out in your lovely poem could be so easily achieved.

Holding on to the hate and basking in the “I am better than you” mantras, these have been around for so long. Yet they do the world zero good.

We do need to stay positive and believe that we have finally reached the point where we are truly ready for change. Yet each of us also needs to do the little things daily to actually walk us to the finish line of this destination. ( I would like to say “run” instead of “walk”, but walk will do!)
