Before all this covid crap, I was for many years a South Beach girl. Although the place has changed a lot ( not for the better) even before 2020. I had lots of luck finding faro/spelt pasta at Whole Foods, Fresh and Wild, and Epicure. Not certain those stores in your part of FL or not. And not sure about their on line access.

Oh no. Now I am having a big missing Miami pang. But like you, I would not be going out and about much right now...

If you find faro pasta, hope it works in your tummy. BTW faro as the grain only instead of the pasta, works like rice in rice dishes and makes a mean risotto.
