Anthony. Brilliant idea to write about burgers. You should have sixteen thousand claps by now. Look at how many food magazines grab someone’s attention when a beautiful burger is featured on the cover. Ka-ching, must buy that book.

Now, a bone to pick with you. And yes, I do realize, even though I am only a play-chef, that burgers do not contain bones. ( but a little roasted marrow spread on one side of the lightly toasted bun… now yer talkin’)
