Jack. Are you able to tolerate mac and cheese if the pasta is gluten free or high fiber? I ask because my Mom made a killer mac with...wait for it...Velveeta cheese. My friends have always been appalled by this ingredient. Yet sure enough, before they knew the contents you should have watched them gobble up the mac. Ha.
